Third Model manufactured in 1854 and featuring a dovetail mounted rounded blade front sight, "-ADDRESS SAML COLT NEW-YORK CITY-" on top of the barrel, "6" on the left side of the barrel lug near the bottom, the standard cylinder scene, small "COLTS/PATENT" marking, "J" and "G" on the left side of the trigger guard, and matching visible serial numbers.

Fair with dark well aged patina throughout, some traces of original finish, minor pitting, mild overall wear, moderate edge wear on the grip, and distinct markings aside from the partially faded cylinder scene. Mechanically fine.
