According to the included factory letter, this revolver was shipped to Armsmear II of Anaheim, California on June 19, 1995. The letter also confirms the serial number, caliber, barrel length, finishes, steer head carved grips and factory engraving. In addition to the standard markings, the revolver shows heavy coverage American style "B" Grade floral scroll and punch dot engraving on the barrel, ejector rod housing, frame, cylinder, trigger guard bow, front sight and back strap. The frame and hammer are casehardened and the remaining metal is finished in Colt high polished blue. Fitted with a set of two-piece grips with Colt medallions and a raised carved steer head on the left panel, which is red ink stamped "HAND MADE BY / DC" "KDH" on the inside, and both panels are marked "8359". With the original two piece blue Colt box and white outer box with Custom Shop label indicating features and numbered to the gun.

Near new in box, with some minor handling marks overall and a few small age cracks on the grips.
