Originally produced by Ithaca in 1944, this pistol frame was selected by the Springfield Armory to serve as the base for a National Match competition pistol. Patridge blade front and Micro adjustable rear sights on the Colt slide with a "NM7790313" barrel and a "7267718/NM" bushing with the barrel and slide numbered to the frame. The frame has been marked "T", "SA" and "NM/&" on the right side with a serrated long aluminum trigger, thin hammer, long grip safety, serrated arched mainspring housing, checkered front strap, fully-checkered grips and a full-blue unmarked magazine. With a plain brown "Kraft" style box, hand-numbered to match on the underside.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished and upgraded to National Match specifications by Springfield Armory. 97% of the parkerized finish remains with legible, though slightly soft markings, traces of mild edge wear, and handling marks. Grips are very fine with sharp checkering. The box is very good, with some mild wear and tear on the edges, along with some mild staining. Mechanically excellent.
