It is marked "J P PERCY/ALBANY NY" (some letters not marked using the actual letter stamp such as an inverted "V" for the first "A"). The front "trigger" drops the barrel, the middle trigger is the actual trigger, and the rear trigger cocks the action. It has a brass front sight, adjustable later production replacement sporting rear sight, and brass "skeletal" frame encloses the stock.
Very good overall with gray and brown patina and some minor oxidation on the iron, deep aged patina on the frame and trigger guard, mild overall wear, some dings and marks on the wood, a group of small holes where a plaques appears to have been mounted on the sides of the butt, and general minor scratches. Mechanically fine.
