Description:

Manufactured in 1901. Matching partial numbers are on the butt, frame, crane, cylinder latch, and both grip panels. "RAC" on the frame, bottom of left grip panel, and rear cylinder face. "P" and "K" on the underside of the barrel, and "K" on the crane and cylinder latch. Both grip panels have a cartouche, script letters on the left and "R.A.C." on the right and "1901/OCH" on the left. Collector's marking "JF/385" in white on trigger guard.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining 95% plus bright original high polish blue, some oxidation on the frame and cylinder, minor cylinder drag lines, and some dings and scratches in the butt of the otherwise excellent grips, which have crisp cartouches. Mechanically excellent. One will look a long time to find a better example!
