Fixed sights, with "1940" on the chamber and "42" on the top of the toggle. Two "eagle/655" proofs and one "eagle/swastika" firing proofs are marked on the right side of the receiver. A smaller "eagle/swastika" firing proof is on the right side of the barrel and left side of the breechblock. A smaller "eagle/655" proof is on the upper left side of the barrel. The upper safety position and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. Finish is full blue, with checkered grips and two blued magazines with alloy bases. Minus the grips, serial numbers are matching overall, including both of the magazines (one bearing the traditional "+" spare magazine mark). Includes a brown leather holster marked "DLU/1940" and "WaA727" (Offerman & Son, Bensberg) on the back, with an "eagle/63" marked takedown tool.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 97% plus of the original blue finish, showing minor edge wear and a very small amount of spotting in the grip straps. The grips are also excellent, with some dings and dark spots. The closure strap for the holster is heavily cracked and scuffed, otherwise the holster is in very fine condition, with mild scuffing and wear. Mechanically excellent.
