Manufactured in 1943. Blade front and flat top rear sights, with the two-line, two-block markings divided by the Rampant Colt on the left side of the unnumbered slide and a "G.H.D." inspected frame with "B/VP" and "82" on the trigger guard. Fitted with a wide checkered hammer, short stamped trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing, reinforced Colt grips, "R" and "C-R" marked full blue magazine, and a "COLT 45 AUTO" marked full blue barrel.

Excellent, with 90% of the original parkerized finish, showing some bright edge and cycling wear, some thinning of the finish on the front strap and grip safety, and mild handling marks overall. Some screwdriver marks are present on the magazine catch screw. The grips are also excellent, with some dings and flat spots. Mechanically excellent.
