These pistols were made and exhibited to various law enforcement agencies as Colt's attempt at a high capacity, striker fired, double action, polymer semi-automatic pistol. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration when the pistol shipped to John C. Keosayian of Chester Heights, PA, on March 11, 2004 as one of seven various models from the Colt Engineering Vault. The letter also states that a total of 49 pistols were serialized by the factory and 29 of them have been destroyed.
Excellent, retaining 99% plus original matte stainless blue, minor handling evidence to the frame, and sharp grip texturing. Mechanically excellent.
