This is an excellent example of a desirable semi-automatic M1919A4 belt fed rifle that is patterned after the original Browning 1919A4 medium machine gun, as manufactured by the Ohio Ordnance Company. This semi-automatic rifle fires from a closed bolt using a cloth machine gun belt that was manufactured using some original parts combined with a new made, fully machined semi-automatic receiver. It has the same exact feel, weight and handling characteristics as the original version only in a semi-automatic mode. The side is marked: "BROWNING SELF LOADING GUN/MOD 1919 A4 CAL .30/MFGD. BY OHIO ORDNANCE WORKS INC./CHARDON OHIO/S/N AC505". It has the original type flip-up blade front sight with a tangent rear sight, a perforated barrel jacket/heat shield, flash hider and folding bipod. As noted it comes with an original sheet metal, clamp-on steel buttstock, a anti-aircraft tripod with sling with an original RIA manufactured spare 30-06 barrel and canvas barrel case.

Excellent with 99% of the gray parkerized finish overall showing on signs of any wear. The various accessories are all in the same condition. A very nice example of a desirable semi-automatic copy of an original 1919A4 MG made by the Ohio Ordnance Manufacturing Company.
