Manufactured in 1889. Single bead sight on the unmarked, twist pattern Damascus steel barrel with a 2 7/8 inch chamber and choke measuring at improved cylinder. Standard border line engraving on the receiver with the "WRACO" monogram on the left side. Double diamond pattern checkered, two piece slab forend and matching checkered pistol grip stock with checkered iron buttplate and 12 7/8 inch length of pull. The included factory letter confirms the current configuration as well as receipt at the warehouse 15 March 1890 and shipped two days later with one other Model 1887 in order number 10212.

Fine, showing 60% of the original blue finish on the magazine with the balance showing mostly a smooth grey patina and 80% Damascus patterns on the barrel. The finely figured wood is also fine with some scattered minor handling marks and crisp re-cut checkering dished in both sides of pistol grip. Mechanically excellent.
