Description:

Manufactured in 1929, with standard markings with the right side of the frame marked "U.S. PROPERTY" just above the trigger. The right side of the trigger guard is stamped "43" and the left has "1" over the triangle "VP". Checkered grips with the Colt medallions inset in each near the top. Brilliant case colored trigger, thumb safety and grip safety. The two-tone magazine is marked "CAL .25/COLT" on the bottom. Complete with factory letter confirming configuration and stating it was shipped to W.S. Brown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 16, 1929, and box.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with 90% of the original finish remaining, thinning at the muzzle and along the high edges. Tiny dings and some light pin prick spotting on the left side of the slide. The case coloring is vibrant and very clear. The grips are excellent, showing light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
