This is a beautiful example of a pre-war German Walther PPK that is complete with an original replacement Walther marked wood grain shipping box, instruction pamphlet and cleaning rod. This was the same exact configuration as the military model; however, this example only carries the commercial proof marks. The left side of the slide has the standard Walther Banner followed by the two-line factory markings followed by "Mod. PPK". The right side of the frame is stamped with serial number (953792) with the "crown/n" commercial on the right side of the slide, frame and barrel. It is fitted with brown plastic, Walther banner marked wraparound grip and is complete with a single blued Walther banner marked magazine with the matching brown finger extension. As noted, it comes with a an original wood grain Walther PPK marked shipping box (non-matching) that is complete with an original cleaning rod, and a wax paper type (Italian or Spanish) Walther instruction/advertisement sheet. The front of the box has a green Walther label with a blue label on the end that reads "ohne/Signalstift".

Excellent with 97% plus of the original blue finish overall with a hint of high spot wear visible on the very front edges of the slide. 90% original nitre blue is remaining on the safety lever. The grips are also in excellent condition. The Walther box is also in fine condition with much of the wood grain pattern material intact overall with moderate wear visible on the edges and corners. The labels are mostly intact with exception of the serial number portion, which is absent.
