Manufactured in 1967 in Belgium. Blue medium weight sporter barrel manufactured without sights and French gray finish on most of the remaining parts. The front receiver ring is engraved with a moose on the left side and a bugling elk on the right side. The remainder of the receiver is engraved with floral vine designs. The right front receiver ring is signed "R.GRECO". The hinged floor plate is engraved with a standing bear in a mountain scene with floral vine below the bear and on the attaching iron. Below the bear is signed "VANDERSMISSENG." The trigger guard is engraved with a mountain lion. Below the lion is signed "RD". The breech end of the barrel is decorated with floral scroll engraving on the sides. The bolt and follower are polished while the extractor is jeweled. Gold washed trigger. The top of the receiver rings have been factory drilled and tapped for scope/sight mounting and mounted with an extra fancy select walnut pistol grip stock with a high gloss finish, fine line checkering and floral and punch-dot hand carving on the forearm and grip area, contrasting forend and grip cap with a diamond shaped brass inset on the grip cap, raised comb, cheekpiece, vented Browning recoil and sling swivel studs. Comes with a tan Browning hard case.

Excellent. The barrel retains 98% original blue and showing only light handling/storage marks. The stock shows wear in the checkering with only light handling/storage marks. The satin finish on the receiver and trigger guard is near mint. The four screws for the scope/sight mounting on top of the receiver are absent. Sharp markings and engraving. The action is excellent. The case is excellent.
