Features an 8 1/8 inch single edge, fullered blade, silver plated habaki, silver fittings, and bamboo themed carved horn grip with single pin, and silver pommel. The sheath is also bamboo themed, carved horn with silver fittings featuring multiple relief carved decorations at the throat and tip of the saya including a frog and leaf at the throat, snake at the tip and a small snail on the pommel. The blade is very fine and tang has an untranslated two character signature. Overall length is 12 1/4 inches. This knife is pictured with master engraver Alvin A.
