These Commercial Model 1900 pistols were the real true first issue/manufactured commercial Luger pistol. These were intended for sales in Germany and Europe. With a blank chamber and "DWM" monogram on the front toggle, with "crown/B", "crown/G" and "crown/U" proof marks on the underside of the barrel. The left side of the barrel extension is stamped with the "crown/B" and "crown/U" proofmarks. It has the early features such as the: dished toggles with toggle lock, short grip safety, recessed bolt, and tapered barrel. It has a high polished blue finish, straw colored small parts, and the polished lower safety position with the second type serrated safety lever. With checkered walnut grips (numbered "64" on the back of both panels) and nickel plated magazine with unmarked wood base.
