Description:

These flare pistols were manufactured from 1936 through the end of the war for the German Navy. Manufactured without sights, barrel tops marked "4/eagle", two position safety switch on the left side of the frame behind the serial number, "44" date code and "eagle/swastika/M/III/3" markings and a selector switch on top. A smooth forearm with hand stop is mounted to the barrels, with a pair of checkered grip panels.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The stainless steel barrels and receiver have crisp original bright polished finish with scattered nicks and dings, small scratches, and some small areas of discoloration. The forend and grip panels are very fine as refinished with some small dings and sharp checkering. Mechanically very good.
