Manufactured c. 1891. The movement is in "hunting" configuration with the stem at the 3 o'clock position. It appears to be of size 18s with a 17 jewel movement that is adjusted for heat and cold. The enameled porcelain dial is white, marked "John C. Dueber", and has thin black Roman numeral hour markings with five-minute markings in red Arabic numerals. The movement is marked "JOHN C. DUEBER/PATPINION./CANTON,O/ADJUSTED/TO HEAT & COLD" and with serial number "693878". Inside all of the case doors an anchor logo is marked, matching numbers "2499531", and the outer front and back doors marked "14K". The outside of the case is beautifully engraved with nearly 100% coverage intricate English style floral scroll, floral motifs, and star patterns. Includes a gold chain fob with Masonic themed charm.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The engraving shows some light wear but is overall well-defined and the face shows excellent color. Appears to function as it should when wound.
