The factory letter confirms the gauge, barrel length, chokes, and "94b" rear sight. It lists the measurements and stock details as follows: "Pitch -1-3/4 in., Pull -14 in., Drop at heel -2-1/2 in., Drop at comb -1-9/16 in.", "Weight: 7 lbs. 6 oz.", regular comb width, and regular grade wood and finish. It was manufactured for Parker Whelen Company, Inc. of Washington, D.C. on order 3650-01A as Item #1. The order called for a standard grade skeet gun in 12 gauge with 26 inch barrels and a pistol grip stock. Work at the factory started on March 17, 1943.
