Manufactured in 1920, with an elevation adjustable blade front and windage adjustable square notch rear sights, the two-line address/patent mark on top of the barrel, and the New Service model marking and "RUSSIAN AND/S & W SPECIAL 44" on the left side of the barrel. The trigger and grip straps have been checkered. Fitted with a pair of checkered hardwood medallion grips, which are numbered to match on the interior.
