Manufactured in 1926. Blade front and frame notch rear sights, two-line address and patent marking on top of the barrel, caliber marking on the left, Colt "VP" proof and "3" stamps on the left side of the trigger guard, finely checkered trigger and hammer, and checkered back strap with a small flourish of scroll engraving (most likely factory, although we cannot document without letter) at the top, checkered medallion grips, and lanyard loop on the butt.

Very fine with 85% original blue finish, areas of high point and edge wear, pin point spotting, cylinder drag line, and areas of a mixed brown/gray patina. Grips are also very fine with mostly crisp checkering and small dings. Mechanically excellent.
