Manufactured in 1954/55. Factory return date marked under left grip "770" (July, 1970), "R-N" in rectangle indicating the gun was refinished in nickel instead of the original blue (indicated by the "B" stamped on the frame), and two stars marked in the ejector shroud. Matching numbered on the cylinder and butt. Includes a factory hardwood case.

Very fine as factory refinished, retaining 98% plus nickel finish, minor handling evidence, some crazing on the later style grips, and sharp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. The case is also excellent.
