Manufactured in 1896. The revolver features a profuse Wolf & Klar style zig-zag line motif engraving that includes wavy line and scroll patterns. The barrel has the two-line Hartford address on top and "32 WCF" on the left side. The left side of the frame has the two-line patent dates followed by a circled Rampant Colt. Fitted with plain pearl grips. Matching full or partial serial numbers are on the frame, trigger guard, back strap, and rear cylinder face.

Very fine as period retailer embellished and finished, retaining 95% of the nickel plating with high edge wear and light flaking on the balance. The engraving is crisp. The trigger guard is bent out of shape, slightly down at rear. The slightly oversize, replacement grips are very good with some chipping, a missing sliver along the back strap (left panel), minimal handling marks and highly attractive fiery colors. Mechanically excellent.
