The locks are signed "BRIER/A PARIS" within ovals at the center and have been cleanly converted from flintlock to percussion. The barrels have fine poly-groove rifling, bead front sights, and "crown/AR" markings. The breech plugs have "BRIER A PARIS" in gold inlay, and the upper tangs have "1" and "2" respectively in gold inlay and notch rear sights. The spurred trigger guards enclose adjustable single set triggers. There are floral blooms engraved on the screws, wedges, and pommel caps. The case has what appear to be the letters "E SF M" engraved on the plaque with the central letters in different script. It contains a mallet, loading and cleaning rods, powder measure, ornate Parisian powder flask, screwdriver, ball mold, and oiler.

Rating Definition:

Very good with 75% plus period blue finish and 60% period case colors (likely from the time of the conversion), bright gold markings, light gray patina on most of the fading areas, minor oxidation, general light dings and scratches, some dents around the wedge, crisp checkering, and minor overall wear. Mechanically fine. The case and accessories are fine and have mild storage wear including some insect holes in the case and a replaced head on the mallet.
