A) Smith & Wesson .38 Safety Hammerless 4th Model Revolver

Manufactured from 1898 to 1907. Lanyard ring obscures the butt serial number. Cylinder, right grip panel, barrel and barrel latch are numbered to gun.

ConditionExcellent overall, retaining 97% original nickel finish with some light flaking, 90% original case colors remain on the trigger, 95% plus original blue remains on the trigger guard and some minor handling marks on the grips with crisp checkering overall. Mechanically excellent.

ConditionVery fine overall, retaining 90% plus original blue finish with some brown forming mostly on the grip strap, nearly all original case colors on the trigger and crisp grip checkering. Mechanically excellent. Provenance: Dr. Gerald Klaz collection.
