Manufactured in 1918. standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, matching assembly numbers on the frame and crane, "eagle head/2" inspection mark on interior face of frame, "flaming bomb" stamp on upper left of frame, "eagle head/S1" inspection mark on left rear of trigger guard, casehardened trigger and checkered hammer, smooth grips, and standard markings on butt.

Very fine with 97% of the original polished blue finish, some light edge wear, light spotting on barrel, and cylinder drag line. The smooth walnut grips are very fine with some small dings. Mechanically needs some work as the hammer sometimes sticks and the cylinder rotates on trigger pull without cocking the action.
