Description:

Manufactured in 1943. Blade front and adjustable rear peep sights with "BATTLE RANGE" marked elevation drum and locking bar on the windage drum, replacement Springfield barrel dated "6 44" Springfield bolt carrier, relief cut operating rod, trigger group, hammer, and safety, and standard markings on the receiver heel. Walnut pistol grip stock with boxed "S.A./N.F.R." cartouche and "crossed cannons" Ordnance stamp, circled "P" on the underside of the wrist, "AN" on left side of buttstock, and checkered stamped trapdoor buttplate. With canvas web sling.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with 95% arsenal parkerized finish remaining, some light edge wear, cycling marks on receiver rails, and handling marks overall. The restamped stock is also very fine with some small dings, and crisp markings. Mechanically excellent.
