Casehardened hand detachable side lock features full coverage floral scrollwork, engraving pattern extending to the top lever, trigger guard and forearm hardware, signed "WESTLEY RICHARDS," gold lined cocking indicators, "Crown/BNP" proofs on the water table, double triggers, and automatic tang safety with "SAFE" in gold. Highly figured walnut forearm and straight grip stock featuring multi-point checkering, tear drop carved accents, Anson forearm release, blank inlaid initial shield and bare checkered butt. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter proofed at .729 and measured at .731/.730; choke constriction .016/.041; minimum wall thickness .029/.029; drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 13/16 inches; length of pull 14 inches; slight but noticeable cast off.
