The holster is brown leather construction, with no visible arsenal marks, faint hand markings on the interior, "USMC" embossed on the flap, leather tie-down, and a brass swivel. The belt is green canvas construction with Mills markings on the brass hardware, and the magazine pouch has a faint "MILLS/1918" stamp in the interior, with two magazines (a later pinned-base two-tone, and an early "keyhole" model). The ammo pouch is tan canvas with two large pockets, showing no arsenal markings and fitted with a green canvas strap at the bottom.

Fine overall. The holster shows mild wear and flexing, and some stains and wear are present on the canvas parts. The magazines show wear and spotting appropriate to age, with the later magazine missing a lanyard loop.
