Collector's Lot of Two New York Style Engraved Smith & Wesson Single Action Revolvers with Pearl Grips

A) Smith & Wesson .38 Single Action Second Model Revolver

Manufactured from 1877 to 1891. This revolver was likely New York shipped and retailer upgraded with the near full coverage classic broad New York style scroll engraving and pearl grips. Matching serial numbers on the barrel latch, barrel, cylinder, and butt.

ConditionVery fine, retaining 95% original nickel, light handling evidence, scattered flaking, and a frosted look throughout. The grips are also very fine with a tiny crack on the top of the left panel. Mechanically excellent.

ConditionVery fine overall, retaining 90% plus nickel finish with most of the loss on gripstraps, some minor flaking, and minor areas of spotting. Mechanically excellent.
