Manufactured in 1940 and subsequently professionally embellished panels of relief floral scroll engraving as well as borders and scrolls inlaid with gold wire. The standard markings have also mostly been inlaid with gold including the "bullseye" target on the left which has rings of gold and silver, and there is a relief gold inlaid raccoon on the right. It has been fitted with a pair of checkered "elephant ear" style grips that are also carved with leafy scrolls.
