Manufactured in 1981. Magnaported barrel, high Patridge blade front sight with white insert, and a fully adjustable rear notch sight. The cylinder is engraved through the blue finish, with a roaring lion's head. The back strap is inscribed "SHUMBA" meaning lion in the African Shona dialect. The right grip panel is inset with a small scrimshawed panel of a lion's head. The right side of the frame is numbered "129" and matches four other Magnaport/Ruger revolvers in this auction.

Very fine overall as professionally upgraded by Magnaport with 99% plus of the bright high polish blue finish remaining, faint traces of a cylinder drag line, and some scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
