Smith & Wesson No. 3 Russian 2nd Model Single Action Revolver with Rare 6 Inch Barrel

Manufactured from 1873 to 1878. The rare non-standard original 6 inch barrel has the one-line rib address ending with "RUSSIAN MODEL." The Schuyler Hartley Graham distributor diamond "SH" marking is stamped on the butt. Matching assembly number "190" is found on the grip frame, cylinder, and barrel. Barrel latch marked "196". ConditionFine, retaining 80% original nickel finish with smooth gray patina on the balance mixed with some scattered pitting. Patterns of original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger guard. The grips are fine with some dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
