The barrel has a blade front sight and a folding ladder rear sight. The nearly full length stock is held by three barrel bands with a forend cap and flat buttplate. Sling swivels are mounted on the front barrel band and on the trigger guard. It includes a slotted ramrod/cleaning rod and a chained cover for the firing pin mechanism is connected to the front of the trigger guard. Includes a black leather sling and socket bayonet. Rating Definition:

Very good plus, retaining 25% original blue finish and patterns of case colors remain on the metal surfaces with a smooth brown and grey patina on the balance. The brass fittings show an attractive patina. The inscription plaque displays a dark, mottled aged patina. Wood is fine with scattered dings and scratches, and crisp checkering. Mechanically fine.
