The barrels are numbered to the gun and have a single extractor. The right barrel is marked "HOLLAND & HOLLAND 98 NEW BOND STREET LONDON" and the left barrel is marked "WINNER OF ALL THE FIELD RIFLE TRIALS LONDON". The action is marked "CHARGE 3 DRAMS BOTTLE CASE 2 3/8 INCHES" on the left side and the lock plates are marked "HOLLAND/&/HOLLAND". The action, lock plates, hammers, break lever and forearm hardware feature beautiful English scroll engraving. Equipped with a blued sliding hammer safeties. Nicely figured pistol grip stock with checkering, cheek piece, single barrel wedge, blank silver initial oval, engraved grip cap and serrated hard rubber buttplate.
