Manufactured in July of 1944, this M1 was upgraded to M1D specifications with a Springfield barrel manufactured in July of 1951. Blade front and peep rear sights, with "DRC" windage and "VAR" elevation drums, Danish "anchor/8252" sight cover and a Springfield "S A 11 52" barrel with integral scope base. Internal components include a Springfield bolt, trigger housing, safety and relief cut operating rod, with a "HR C" marked hammer. The stock has a circled "P" on the wrist, "S.A." cartouche on the left side, "2058208" on the underside, and a tan canvas sling. The M84 scope has a serial number of "33". Included with the lot are a set of CMP papers (identifying the rifle as a Danish return M1), manual, four clips (2 standard, 2 altered), and a canvas scope case.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished/upgraded, with 90% of the parkerized finish, showing some light wear and handling marks overall. The fine stock shows some mild dings and dents. The scope is excellent, with mild wear and crisp optics. Mechanically excellent.
