Manufactured in 1951. Blued, Bristaradun steel chopper lump barrels with single steel bead on the on the matted, concave solid rib that is marked with "ADE VICTOR SARASQUETA-EIBAR" and Victor Sarasqueta trade mark, both of which are both inlaid in gold. The barrels have chambers marked at 70 mm (2 3/4 inches), import mark under the forearm, standard markings on the flats, and engraved wedges at either breech showing floral work and a hind and stag on both. Coin finished sidelock action with relief engraved floral designs and a pair of dogs on point with a pair of birds on the left lockplate, a lion and lioness on the underside, a trio of ducks on the triggerguard, and two dogs chasing a hare on the right lockplate. Double triggers, automatic tang mounted safety switch, and bushed firing pins. Lightly figured, multi-point checkered walnut forearm with engraved fittings and Anson button style release and nicely figured walnut straight grip stock with orange rubber recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements (R/L): bore diameter 9 inches from the breech both marked 18.5 mm (.728 inches) and measured .727/.726 inches; choke constriction marked at .7/1.2 mm (.027/.047 inches) and measured at .025/.044 inches; minimum wall thickness .033/.031 inches; 1 1/4 inch drop at comb; 2 1/16 inch drop at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; weight 7 lbs 3 oz.

Excellent, retaining 99% original blue and coin finishes, mild handling evidence, and some scattered areas of light oxidation on the metal. The wood is also very fine with a few minor marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
