Very good, with 80% of the refinished blue, showing blue covered pitting, patches of new rust, touched-up areas of grinding, and scattered handling marks. The grips are chipped, with mild scratches and dings. The receiver cover is stuck, otherwise mechanically good. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C.
