Originally manufactured in Finland as a semi-automatic rifle, this M76 was converted to full automatic by Fleming Firearms and fitted out in the "M76K" configuration, with a shortened barrel and folding stock. Hooded post front sight with flip-up night dot and tangent peep rear sight on the dust cover, with the Fleming markings on top of the trunnion and receiver and the standard Valmet markings on the left side of the frame. Permanent alterations were made to the receiver to accommodate the auto-sear, including some cutting of the right side guide rail and installation of a "third pin", and the safety switch is in three-position "safe/full/semi" configuration. Fitted with a checkered forearm and pistol grip, and a plastic-jacketed folding tube buttstock. Magazine absent.

Very fine, with 98% plus matte black phosphate finish, showing some minor handling marks and edge wear overall. The furniture shows some mild scuffs and scratches. A retention pin is absent from the gas block, introducing some play to the gas assembly, but the item is otherwise mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
