Manufactured in 1939. Currently in smoothbore configuration. Dovetail front and elevation adjustable rear sight with the left side of the barrel having the Winchester legend and the right side having the two line address. Winchester factory style oval proof is stamped on the barrel and receiver. Blank upper tang and serial number on lower tang. Smooth straight grip stock with checkered plastic Winchester buttplate and 10 groove forearm. Includes a period box renumbered to the gun.
