Manufactured by Auto-Ordnance Corp. of West Hurley, New York, this is a semi-automatic replica of the M1A1 Thompson submachine gun that was issued to the United States military during World War II. The left side of the receiver is marked with the model designation, serial number, and caliber marking. The right side is marked with the Auto-Ordnance West Hurley address. The top of the receiver is marked with the Thompson trademark. It is fitted with the Cutts style muzzle device/fixed blade sight, fixed peep rear sight, horizontal foregrip with finger grooves, contoured pistol grip, hardwood stock with smooth trapdoor buttplate. Includes a canvas web sling.

Very fine, retains 95% plus of the original blue finish with some scattered light handling marks throughout and some light edge wear. The wood is also excellent with some scattered light handling marks. Mechanically excellent. NOTE: This weapon is a National Firearms Act (NFA), fully transferable Class 3, which is registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, (BATFE) under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 and 27 CFR part 478.
