Manufactured in 1876/77. The right grip panel features a relief carved Mexican eagle. Matching serial numbers are on the butt, cylinder, barrel and barrel latch.

Excellent, retaining 97% original nickel plating with limited flaking on the back strap and a ding on the front of the barrel rib. Nearly all original case colors remain on the hammer. The grips are very fine with some minor handling marks and attractive color and grain. Mechanically excellent. A very attractive Baby Russian for your growing S&W collection.
