This is a semi-automatic only copy of the very desirable World War II MG-34 machine gun that was manufactured by TNW Inc. of Vernonia, Oregon. This weapon has the same outward appearance, weight and feel as an original fully automatic MG, only it fires in the semi-automatic mode. It utilizes a combination of original World War II MG-34 parts combined with some new-made commercial parts and a fully machined receiver that fires in a closed-bolt semi-automatic mode only. It has an air cooled shrouded barrel and various original Waffenamt proofed parts. Fitted with a serrated bakelite grip, hardwood buttstock, folding sights, and folding bipod. Includes two belt drums with carrier and non-disintegrating cartridge belt links.
Very good as assembled in semi-automatic configuration, retains 85% plus of the blue finish with some scattered patches of light wear and a patch of moderate pitting on the right of the buttstock collar. The grips and stock are fine with some chips and cracks. Mechanically excellent.
