Manufactured in 1970. This pistol features a "BB" serial number. At the end of the Pre-Series 70 Government model serial number range, Colt produced a limited run of pistols with the new "accurizer" barrel and bushing which were the key new features to the Series 70 line. Excellent, retaining 98% plus original blue finish with limited handling marks. The heat shrunken grips are fine with outward warping visible on both panels at the front with otherwise crisp checkering.
