Manufactured in 1887. Combination Beach front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight on a barrel stamped with the two-line legend ahead of the rear sight and "38 Cal." at the breech. The left side of the receiver has the Rampant Colt trademark. Equipped with a special order set trigger. The nicely figured deluxe walnut forearm and pistol grip stock feature multi-point checkering. The buttstock has a blank initial oval and crescent buttplate.
