The included factory letter confirms the current barrel length and gauge when it was received in the warehouse July 30, 1887 and shipped from the warehouse with 29 other guns on August 2, 1887 (the first year of production). Standard markings and features including the "WRACO" monogram and single brass bead sight. Smooth forend panels and pistol grip stock with stippled buttplate. Length of pull is 12 3/4 inches.

Very fine, retaining 80% original blue, a patch of cold blue touch up visible around both sides of the muzzle, 70% case colors on the receiver, hammer, and lever, areas showing some spotting, and mild overall handling evidence. The wood is also very fine with scattered mild dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
