Manufactured in 1874. Factory engraved with intertwining line patterns on the barrel and cylinder with a flower on both sides of the frame and punch dot accents. Standard features including matching serial numbers and hand-numbered grips. The Open Top Pocket Model was one of Colt's first two cartridge revolvers and debuted in 1871 along with the Colt House revolver.
Very fine, retaining 85% plus original nickel finish with some light edge wear and some light flash pitting at the breech area. Grips are fine with some light handling marks and dents, and light crazing towards the bottom edges. Mechanically excellent.

Very fine, retaining 90% original nickel finish with some mild muzzle wear and and some light wear at the breech. Grips are also very fine with some scratches around the left screw and bottom of the right grip, a dent on the bottom rear of the right grip, and light crazing towards both bottom edges. Mechanically excellent.
