Manufactured in 1920 with standard one-line address on top of the barrel and caliber marking on the left, two-line patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt on the left of the frame, and matching serial numbers on the frame, trigger guard, back strap and each of the grip panels. The rear face of the matching cylinder is numbered "15", the las two digits of the serial number. The included factory letter confirms the 5 1/2 inch barrel in .32-20 caliber and blue finish when sold and shipped to Momsen, Dunnegan & Ryan Co., El Paso, Texas on November 17, 1920.
Fine, retaining 70% original blue finish and 50% original case colors with a brown gray patina on the balance, a cylinder drag line, and some handling marks. Grips are very fine with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
