These pistols reflect the popular style in France and Belgium during the mid-19th century. No maker markings, both have an oval Liege proof on the left side of the barrel near the breech. Floral engraving is on the lock, barrel tang, trigger guard, and pommel cap; identical on both "A" and "B." The ebony stocks have relief carved floral patterns. The case has purple lining, loading and cleaning rods, bullet mold, a worm, measure, oiler, nipple wrench, hammer, cap container, and container with two spare nipples and key.
