Manufactured c. 1906. The concave matted rib has a bead front sight and a rib extension and is signed “W.W. GREENER. MAKER. 40. PALL MALL. LONDON. S.W." The casehardened treble grip bolstered action is signed “W.W. GREENER,” is engraved with a scene of two ducks taking off from water on each side, and has a blued action floor plate, Greener cross bolt, toplever, side mounted Greener patent safety catch with gold inlaid “SAFE,” and trigger guard engraved “GRADE ET30”. The underside of the barrels and the water table have Birmingham nitro proof marks and reproof marks and Greener “Elephant” trademarks, and the underside of the rib has an import mark under the forearm. The figured semi-pistol grip stock has a checkered grip, forearm, and dark horn buttplate. The forearm has a Deeley & Edge fastener and a dark horn tip. The underside of the butt has a blank silver oval initial escutcheon. Stock measurements: 1 9/16 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/16 inch length of pull; cast-off; weight 11 lbs 4 oz.
