Manufactured in 1961, this pistol was presented to Lloyd C. Hummert in 1962 for his feat of scoring 284 points and becoming the civilian winner at the 1962 National Trophy Individual Pistol Match. The pistol features the standard "NATIONAL/*MATCH* COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBER .45" marking on the left of the slide with the right side reading "CIVILIAN WINNER/1962 National Trophy Individual Pistol Match".
